What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a (Technical) Product Manager. In this role you will co-shape the further product development in a fast growing scale up. You will interview customers, work on new concepts and designs with our UX/UI team, write product specifications and act as a product owner in the development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space

Among other things, you will
- Co-define our product strategy and roadmap with the constant focus to innovate and improve the scale and revenue growth of our product
- Work with customers and sales team to define and maintain product technical requirements
- Write user stories and manage backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to internal development team
- Write and maintain detailed product specifications
- Be at the center of communication between customers, sales and operations to drive ideas and innovation to fully formed products and features
- Align and maintain product roadmap according to internal product strategy as well as customer requirements and project needs
- Align and follow-up product development status with development team
- Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new improvements

Who you are
- You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.)
- You have at least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
- If you have programmed in the past, then that's an advantage
- You have experience with UI/UX design
- If you have a background in construction or real estate then that's an advantage
- You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
- You have leadership skills
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

**Benefits**:
The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 56,000. to € 70,000.. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
