**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
- University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional knowledge of safety and security
- Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
- Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
- Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

**Your contribution will be**
- Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management system
- Creating organisation-wide safety and security guidelines
- Planning safety and security prevention activities
- Developing further the organisational travel management
- Creating and conducting internal trainings on safety, security and travel management
- Managing insurance relations and handling policies contracted by the FOUR PAWS Headquarters
- Monitoring, evaluating and optimising operational processes and workflows at FOUR PAWS
