**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for an **Inventory Management Lead (Full-time)** to join our team in Austria or remotely within Europe.

Adventure Inventory is the backbone of TourRadar. Our inventory is 50,000+ adventures, which are made available to our platform ecosystem through different channels. And the Inventory Team is mainly responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving this vital information.

In this position, you are responsible for a team of four, located remotely in the Philippines and together oversee the progress and pace of the creation of Adventure and all related requests from our Tour Operators. Additionally, you are involved in other projects (such as accommodation or location projects spanning across different teams) within the Product Organisation and interact directly with Product Managers and the Business Development Team, responsible for the commercial relationship with our Operators.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead a remote team and help with the coordination of all Adventure inventory-related tasks in a traceable way
- Coordinate and manage the creation of Adventures in the platform: adding itineraries, accommodation, prices, and images, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new additions to our inventory
- Identify new content opportunities with the help of qualitative and quantitative analysis and coordinate together with Product and Business Development the launch of new initiatives
- Oversee and manage our cruise products requiring regular content updates
- Monitor, edit, and update data related to inventory, including user reviews, ratings, and feedback, and take appropriate actions to maintain high quality standards
- Moderate and manage releases of tour ratings and reviews

**Who you are**:

- You have experience managing (remote) teams
- You pay excellent attention to detail and have the capacity to meet time constraints in a dynamic work environment
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- You are proficient in English (in writing and speaking)
- Additional German language skills (B1) are a huge plus to efficiently work with German-speaking tour operators
- You have basic understanding of Data Analytics and the ability to use tools such as Looker or SQL databases
