**About the job**

As the Team Lead Inventory & Cost Accounting you will be a vital link between stakeholders in the Finance and Operational organizations, empowering the internal clients to achieve deeper business insight. You're an expert in the inventory valuation area and in-depth analyses and reports on global inventory figures; your passion lies in providing innovative solutions by mobilizing people to achieve tangible wins. Your strong decision-making and communicative skills will help you support different stakeholders in an ever-changing environment.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Taking responsibility for the monthly inventory valuation and reporting based on IFRS 2 standards
- Performing accounting transactions, as well as balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Working on SAP cross-module projects (PP/SD/MM)
- Supporting the stock reconciliations and co-ordination of worldwide annual inventory count
- Providing practical insights to the GPO team to drive the stabilization and improvement of processes

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Skills and Education**
- University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or IT
- Experience in leading / coordinating a small team
- Good knowledge of Accounting and IFRS
- A high-tech affinity and strong expertise in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)
- Robust financial skills and understanding of business processes

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent

Portuguese will be considered as an asset

**Work Experience**

Several years' working experience in Accounting / Inventory valuation and Cost Accounting in Mining or Manufacturing

The potential annual gross salary for this position is € 70.000,00 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
