**The Opportunity**

We're in search of a visionary Network Engineering & Operations Leader to elevate our network's performance to unmatched levels of availability, security, and resilience. This key position entails leading a diverse, EMEAR & worldwide support team towards achieving operational excellence and instilling a culture deeply rooted in exceptional customer service. As the driving force behind our network operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a service environment that not only meets but surpasses our stakeholders' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Leadership & Management**: Lead our EMEAR and global network operations with a focus on achieving optimal network performance, security, and availability. Your leadership will set the standard for professionalism and integrity across the team.
- ** Team Development**: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Network Engineers and support staff across EMEAR and globally. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth to stay at the forefront of network technology and security trends.
- ** Professional Development**: Promote ongoing learning and development, ensuring the team remains proficient in the latest network technologies and security practices, thereby enhancing our operational capabilities and service delivery.
- ** Strategic Network Planning**: Craft and execute forward-thinking network strategies that ensure scalability, reliability, and continuity. Prioritize automation to minimize human error and align network capabilities with the evolving needs of the business.
- ** SLA Management**: Define and oversee Service Level Agreements that reflect our commitment to providing reliable and consistent network services, aligning with our organizational goals and customer expectations.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Engage with internal teams, business units, and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery and rapid resolution of issues, fostering a collaborative environment that supports our operational and service objectives.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Conduct regular assessments of network performance, identifying areas for improvement. Implement strategic enhancements to meet and exceed our long-term goals, ensuring our network infrastructure remains robust and forward-looking.
- ** Collaboration with Architecture Team**: Work in close partnership with the Global Architecture team to refine network infrastructure, processes, and technologies. This collaboration aims to innovate and elevate our network services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
