**Stellenbeschreibung**
Für unseren Wiener Standort suchen wir einen **Team Lead Accounts Payable (all genders)**, der sich unseres aktuell 10-köpfigen Teams vor Ort annimmt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fokus: Warenlieferanten
- Überwachung und fortlaufende Optimierung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts und der damit verbunden Prozesse und Systeme
- Vorbereitung von Fachkonzepten und deren Umsetzungsüberwachung
- Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich
- Interdisziplinäre Projektarbeit zur Verbesserung von existierenden Prozessen und Systemen in SAP
- Konstanter Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Invoice Inspection, General Ledger, Controlling, Purchase Steering, Vendor Management und VAT
- Schnittstelle zu Treasury für Cashflow-Forecast und Zahlungsmanagement
- Einhaltung von Deadlines im Rahmen der Monatsabschlüsse

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/MM
- Mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Kreditorenmanagement, idealerweise bei einem international ausgerichteten Handelsunternehmen
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Excel Kenntnisse
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
