As the Team Lead Sales for Europe , you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales operations across your assigned region. This role plays a vital part in ensuring Cropster’s sales strategies are followed effectively and that goals are consistently achieved. You will work closely with a team of Outbound Sales and Account Managers, craft regional sales plans, and foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to strengthen Cropster’s market presence.
Guide and Support the Regional Sales Team: Lead, coach, and empower a team of Outbound Sales and Account Managers, providing ongoing encouragement, support, and collaboration to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.
Develop Regional Sales Plans: Create thoughtful, flexible regional sales strategies that align with Cropster’s broader goals, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of your region and its customers.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy to ensure a unified and collaborative approach to sales efforts. Set and Achieve Sales Goals: Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management, focusing on successes, growth opportunities, and any challenges within the region.
Engage Actively in Sales: In addition to leading your team, manage a personal portfolio of clients to contribute to enterprise sales and help achieve broader business objectives.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Extensive experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the B2B software or coffee industry.
Deep understanding of the coffee industry, including supply chain management, market trends, and customer needs.
Proven ability to coach, guide, and support a high-performing sales team.
Experience working in a remote or globally distributed team, with the ability to manage teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Familiarity with advanced sales tools and analytics software, such as CRM systems and data analysis platforms.
