MyGroove, the Music based App from Red Bull, is looking for an ambitious Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for supporting all business development relevant tasks and for securing the partnerships that are consistent with MyGroove strategy. It’s an exciting role in the music market: you’ll need ambition, energy and lots of passion

**Drive business development in partnership sales**:
You will be responsible for driving business development efforts to acquire and manage key partnerships for MyGroove before and after launch.
**Establish new contacts**:
You will help and support to secure companies from different industry sectors that can positively contribute to the MyGroove business growth, brand image, marketing activities and audience reach and engagement.
**Manage existing partnerships**:
Work effectively with internal departments to build both engaging and attractive propositions for prospective brands.
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:
- University degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or the music industry with a similar commercial role
- Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships, including developing and implementing different partnership business models
- Strong knowledge and affinities with Music
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities
- Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills
- Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking
