Quality Department Coordinator

In this challenging role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Quality BioLife Europe and the BioLife Quality Leadership Team facilitating meetings and manage department projects. With your proactive and creative approach on the one hand and your hands-on mentality and willingness to also manage routine administrative tasks on the other hand, you will ensure an effective communication across functions and a smooth flow of everyday business within Quality BioLife Europe.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Plan and direct administrative, financial and Quality activities for the BioLife Europe Quality Organization
- Organize and proactively drive Quality projects through collaboration across functions
- Manage and prioritize critical issues and required information for the Head of Quality BioLife Europe to facilitate efficient decision making
- Administrative organization of meetings (e.g. quarterly staff meetings, weekly & daily TIER meetings)
- Construction and management of BioLife Quality sharepoint sites including presentations and meeting minutes, support company-wide communications
- Ongoing monitoring and tracking of progress to achieve strategic goals and objectives
- Align the organization on key topics including oversight and guidance of projects of high importance
- Support for budget analysis
- Regular interaction with AGES through "eServices” for inspection-related communication flow, accounting/ billing of AGES invoices
- Travel planning and accounting for the Head of Quality BioLife Europe
- Willigness to travel from time to time (max. 10%) - plasma centers in Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary
- Working time can be managed in a combination of homeoffice and from the head office in Vienna

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education in health care, natural or chemical sciences, quality management or a similar field beneficial
- Work experience in the field of project management or assistance desired, preferably in a GMP environment
- Excellent English and good German skills required, further languages beneficial
- Ability to work proactively and in a creative way to deliver key accountabilities
- Motivating teamplayer with organizational talent able to influence and negotiate competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills considering cultural differences
- Polished communications and presentation skills across functions and executive levels
- Ablity to challenge product/ project assumptions in order to resolve conflicts, optimize schedules, costs and quality
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to complete repetitive routine tasks and administrative support

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.557,47 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
