Als Service Delivery Manager bist du Single Point of Contact für alle IT-Servicebelange abseits des operativen Standardgeschäfts. Neben der Überwachung definierter Service-Parameter, ist deine zentrale Aufgabe die Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbeziehung zum Kunden. Dabei bist du als Trusted Advisor positioniert, der die technischen und geschäftlichen Anforderungen des Kunden kennt und ihn somit fundiert und zielgerichtet beraten kann.

- Nachdem unsere Lösungen beim Kunden erfolgreich implementiert wurde, bist du als Single Point of Contact für alle Anfragen und Anliegen des Kunden verantwortlich.
- Du bist im ständigen direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden vor Ort, telefonisch oder per Mail mit.
- Du sorgst für die Vertiefung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehung im IT-Service-Bereich.
- In deiner Rolle sorgst du für die Optimierung von Service-Abläufen (intern und extern), sowie für ein zentralisiertes Service-Management.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den KollegInnen aus dem Sales Bereich zusammen um unsere Kunden strategisch weiter zu entwickeln.
- Als Single-Point of Contact nimmst du Kunden-Eskalationen entgegen und sorgst für eine erfolgreiches Eskalationsmanagment.
- Mit deiner Expertise erstellst du Auswertungen anhand definierter KPIs
