- Your challenge:
- Ensuring that the group company complies with all relevant data protection laws and regulations
- Advising on data protection issues and supporting with decision-making
- Training of employees on data protection issues and ensuring that the group is aware of the latest developments in the field of data protection
- Responsibility for ensuring the implementation of effective processes with regard to monitoring and reporting data breaches
- Cooperation with data protection authorities
- Your profile:
- Deep understanding of relevant data protection laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Basic understanding of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with data protection laws
- Ability to identify and minimize risks to the privacy of individuals
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to explain and communicate complex issues in plain language
- Ability to provide training and education to employees
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and external lawyers.
