As our **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist,** you will work closely together with our Team Lead Recruiting and your Recruiting colleagues in our **Vienna** or **Amsterdam** offices. By managing **business and tech recruiting & active sourcing processes** you will contribute significantly to our goal to prepare our organization for scaling up and become the European market leader.

YOUR TASKS
- Work with hiring managers and translate their requirements into a lean end to end recruitment process.
- Write, post, and closely monitor job postings.

YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 1 year experience in full cycle end to end recruitment (less than year if you have had an internship for at least 6 months in a recruiting/HR role)
- Exposure to Employer Branding - and the drive to learn and take part in projects to strengthen our employer branding
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
