At ITSDONE, member of CONVOTIS group, our mission is to enable companies with a range of managed IT services, from modern workplace solutions (e.g., Office 365), outsourced HR services to SAP Implementation and Support. We have grown fast through the merger of five successful IT companies within Germany and Austria, and we are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on our journey to become the number one managed IT services provider in the DACH region - while staying agile like a start-up and becoming strong like a corporate.

**SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (M/F/D)**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Contributing to standardizing the recruitment and selection process within the group, setting up or fine-tuning the relevant processes and guidelines, acting as trusted internal advisor and mentor to the hiring managers
- Work together with the marketing, external and internal communications team, and the hiring manager to come up with out-of-the-box sourcing and selection approaches
- Keep track of compensations and benefits trends on the labour-market to be able to advise on attractive packages

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- At least four years of experience in the IT recruitment field, with proven success track-record
- Good and broad understanding of the various recruitment and selection methodologies
Fluent German and English language knowledge, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical capability and structured approach, with a problem-solver attitude
- Excellent coordinator and ability to deal with conflicting priorities, with the readiness to walk the extra mile
- Wishing to grow with us and within the role, potentially to Head of Talent Acquisition
