Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n **Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition - mit Fokus auf Employer Branding (all genders).**

**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist du für die Employer Branding Agenden der Österreichischen Lotterien zuständig und unterstützt uns dabei, bestehende Mitarbeiter:innen zu binden und neue Talente für unsere Unternehmensgruppe zu gewinnen.
- Mit deiner Kreativität bespielst du unsere Social Media Kanäle (aktuell primär LinkedIn) mit HR Content und planst spannende Beiträge für unsere Zielgruppen. Dabei stellst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Online Aktivitäten sicher und baust den HR-Content für weitere Social Media Kanäle auf.
- Du verantwortest die Betreuung unserer Karrierewebseite sowie unserer Arbeitgeber
- und Karrierenetzwerkprofile (z.B. kununu, LinkedIn, Karriere.at) und behältst dabei stets den Überblick über neue, relevante Kommunikationskanäle, Netzwerke und Tools.
- In enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern bist du eigenverantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Steuerung unterschiedlicher Projekte zuständig, wie bspw. der Erstellung einer neuen Employer Branding Strategie sowie der Einführung eines Onboarding Tools.
- Du erstellst den redaktionellen und visuellen Content (Grafik, Bild, Video) für unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle und bringst dafür das Gespür für Textierung & Gestaltung mit.
- Basierend auf der neuen EVP planst und setzt du eigenverantwortlich Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Kampagnen um und leitest eine ganzjährige Contentplanung für alle relevanten Kommunikationskanäle ab.
- Du verfolgst Markttrends sowie definierte Recruiting-KPIs, leitest daraus Strategien für die Gewinnung von Talenten ab und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Talent Acquisition Team um. Die eigenständige Auswertung von Recruiting spezifischen Daten sowie deren Aufbereitung, runden dein Profil ab.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung auf Betriebswirtschaft, HR, Kommunikation, Marketing, oder Ähnliches
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement - vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld - von Vorteil
- Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Stakeholdern (insb.: Top-Management, Führungskräfte, Fachbereiche) und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Sehr gutes Gespür für die Textierung und Gestaltung von Inhalten sowie sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kommunikationskanälen
- Innovative Bildbearbeitungsskills (z.B. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) sowie Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen (z.B. typo 3)
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, Kreativität sowie Out-of-the-Box Thinking
