**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**:

- As an Operations Purchasing Quality Manager (M/F/d) at waterdrop® you are responsible for driving all quality operations
- You are taking over full ownership of the quality follow up process as soon as the product development is completed
- You are in charge of supervising all production batches and inspections to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
- You are communicating with testing laboratories (TÜV Süd) and organise all necessary certificates in time
- You are administering and uploading all certificates and quality reports into our ERP system
- You are responsible for signing quality agreements with our suppliers
- You develop and implement quality control tests in coordination with our product development manager at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues
- You will work closely with the product development manager as well as our external suppliers of bottles and accessories and report to the teamlead purchasing

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You have gained a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience with a detailed understanding of production technologies, testing, assembling and packaging
- You are observant and have a good eye for detail, diligent and attentive to information of the product and purchasing team
- You are a strong communicator; fluent English skill is a MUST for this role, any of this languages: Russian/German/Chinese are a big plus
- You consider communication to be one of your core competencies and enjoy working with different teams
- You keep a cool head when unexpected problems arise and always find a suitable solution
- Your ability to prioritize and your structured & strategic working approach enable you to prosper in a fast paced, and results-oriented environment
