In order to expand our growth in Austria, we are seeking a Client Support Specialist. As a Client Support Specialist at Markit, you'll be the embodiment of our values, providing exceptional support with professionalism, kindness, and transparency. You'll not only be solving technical issues but also building meaningful relationships, fostering trust, and contributing to the growth of our clients and our company.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO?**
- Provide outstanding customer service to Markit clients in Austria.
- Look after our client orders, inquiries and warranty cases.
- Communicate with our partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients, fostering a culture of openness and mutual respect.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Secondary education or higher.
- Very good knowledge of English and fluency in German.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Passion for technology, with the professionalism to match.
- A natural problem-solver who approaches challenges with kindness and patience.
- Strong communication skills.
