**YOUR TASKS**
- Strategic customer management: Expanding and securing long-term, profitable business relationships with existing partner companies
- Development of cross-channel concepts and campaigns (digital/analog) for customer acquisition, retention, and growth based on prepared analyses and reports
- Collaboration with internal specialists from marketing, customer insights, operations, and legal departments to manage campaigns and projects for partner companies
- Acting as a one-stop-shop for partner companies, including budgeting, reporting, and billing
- In-depth research and market analysis, including competitive monitoring, to identify additional revenue and market potential
- Managing proposal processes and leading negotiations through to contract conclusion
- Preparing annual planning and monthly forecasts
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed university degree in economics/business administration or equivalent qualification
- Sales and marketing background, ideally with knowledge of CRM, direct, and/or digital marketing with a sales orientation and strong negotiation skills
- Affinity for numbers and KPIs, as well as analytical and structured abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a customer-oriented demeanor
- 5 years of professional experience working with clients in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, or sales of complex services
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel, mainly within Austria and Germany

Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, this position is endowed with an annual gross salary of 78,000 euros - a higher salary is naturally possible and is market-conforming depending on professional experience.
