- Ihre Aufgaben- Leitung und Durchführung von Digitalisierungsprojekten; Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung mit unseren strategischen Zielen; Verwaltung des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, von der Planung über die Durchführung bis hin zur Überwachung und zum Abschluss, um eine rechtzeitige Lieferung innerhalb des Umfangs und des Budgets sicherzustellen
- Durchführung gründlicher Analysen der aktuellen Geschäftsprozesse, um Engpässe und verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu ermitteln; Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Bewertung, Auswahl und Überwachung der neuesten Branchentrends und Implementierung von Spitzentechnologielösungen zur Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsziele
- Leitung des Change-Managements für digitale Transformationsinitiativen, um reibungslose Übergänge und eine umfassende Übernahme neuer Technologien und Prozesse zu gewährleisten
- Beaufsichtigung der Verwaltung von Datenqualität, Sicherheit und Datenschutz in unseren ERP-Systemen
- Ihr Profil- Bachelor-Abschluss oder höherer Abschluss (Universität, FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich mit starkem Fokus auf ERP-Implementierungs
- und Optimierungsprojekten sowie einem ausgeprägten Interesse an der Förderung der digitalen Transformation
- Fundierte Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen, mit einem scharfen Auge für den Einsatz von Technologie zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Innovation
- Solides Verständnis der Grundsätze des Change-Managements, mit Erfahrung in der Führung von Organisationen durch bedeutende technologische und prozessuale Veränderungen
- Verpflichtung zur Einhaltung der höchsten Standards in Bezug auf Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Datenschutz
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift); Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und Projekte zum erfolgreichen Abschluss zu bringen
