Deine Aufgaben
- Effiziente Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem
- Problembehebung für Windows 10 und MS Office
- Unterstützung bei der Nutzung verschiedener Softwareprodukte
- Installation von Programmen mittels CA Client Automation
- Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten im Active Directory
- Unterstützung der Benutzer in Citrix-Umgebungen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und erste Erfahrungen im IT-Kundensupport
- Kenntnisse in Windows 10
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
- Fundiertes Know-how im Umgang mit Active Directory
- Grundkenntnisse in Citrix

Gehaltsinformationen

Gehaltsspanne Minimum € 35.000

Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) € 35.000 - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
