**About the Position**

As Manager for Strategy and Fundraising, you will work closely with our CEO to drive key strategic initiatives to advance Speedinvest as an organization. Some of your projects include, but are not limited to, supporting our CEO and the fundraising team in the ongoing fundraising campaigns, defining and implementing the fundraising strategy, developing strategy materials and analyses for the Speedinvest leadership team, and overall supporting the CEO on various strategic and tactical initiatives across the board. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with other key stakeholders across Speedinvest on various important development projects, giving you great insight into one of Europe’s leading VCs. This role is varied, combines both highly strategic and very hands-on tasks, and requires a high level of adaptability and resilience. We believe it is highly rewarding through your work will have a big impact on the development and success of Speedinvest and you will work closely with the key decision-makers of this organization.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Work closely together with the CEO and support him with fundraising efforts, strategic initiatives, preparations for various high-caliber meetings, LP management, and specific portfolio work
- Be a close partner to the CEO during ideation and alignment processes for new initiatives and initiatives, define the roll-out plan and implement them successfully in a timely manner
- Plan, implement and drive initiatives independently including assembling and managing interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders and leading these in an organized manner
- Prepare the agenda and presentation deck with cross-functional team members for important reoccurring internal meetings
- Manage different internal and external stakeholders on complex projects
- Ensure that projects stay within its timeline and budget
- Ensure project governance and reporting
- Manage the business intelligence framework from our set of our portfolio companies’ KPIs to support making sound business and investment decisions

**Your Qualifications and Skills**
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, PMO, or project management
- Passionate about driving initiatives, excellent project management skills with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good presentation skills
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high degree of flexibility to adjust to last-minute updates or changes
- Natural at establishing relationships with different stakeholders and working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and passion for numbers
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to a goal-oriented environment, creative problem solver
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with an interest to learn new tools (e.g. Notion, Google Drive, Airtable, etc.).
- Fluency in English, and German is a plus

According to Austrian law, we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum salary for this role is EUR 75,000.00 gross annually. The salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence overpayment is possible.
