**Your role at RBI**:

- Support RBI’s diverse teams in the origination and execution of M&A advisory mandates in Bulgaria and across the dynamic SEE/CEE regions
- Collaborate daily with senior banking professionals, clients, and investors in execution and origination projects
- Conduct sector and company research, analysis, valuations, and financial modelling in the context of M&A transactions
- Participate in marketing meetings with clients and take on a pivotal role in crafting engaging presentational materials for M&A deals and strategic client interactions
- Establish connections and cooperate with RBI's investment banking M&A team in Vienna, as well as other Raiffeisen network banks in the region
- Enjoy traveling within the vibrant CEE/SEE region for project execution

***Your core competencies**:

- Academic background, preferably having achieved a Master’s degree with focus on corporate finance
- Professional advisory experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, acquisition finance, or audit
- Proficiency in corporate finance, financial modelling/valuation, as well as numerical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian languages, both written and spoken
- Effective organizational skills for managing multiple client projects and supporting cross-functional, cross-regional teams
- Negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas concisely and defend their validity
- Commitment to professional excellence and integrity and adherence to high professional, regulatory, and ethical standard
- Previous cross-border transaction advisory experience
- Progress toward a CFA or similar professional qualification
