Das **Hit the Sky** Hotel in St. Christoph am Arlberg bietet Gästen ein einzigartiges Erlebnis direkt an der Piste des größten Skigebiets Österreichs. Auf 1.800 Metern Höhe gelegen, besticht das Hotel durch seine schneesichere Lage, eine großzügige Lobby als "größtes Wohnzimmer der Alpen", einen exklusiven SPA-Bereich und erstklassige Gastronomie. Mit direktem Zugang zu 305 Pistenkilometern und zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ist das Hit the Sky der ideale Ort für Wintersportbegeisterte und Erholungssuchende.

**Guest Service Agent:in** (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für die Wintersaison
**Das erwartet Dich bei uns.**
- Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts;
- Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste;
- Verwaltung von Zahlungen und Ausstellung von Rechnungen;
- Bereitstellung von Informationen über das Hotel und die Umgebung;
- Entgegennahme und Verwaltung von Reservierungen;
- Unterstützung im Service und anderen Abteilungen bei Bedarf.
**Damit begeisterst Du uns.**
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder ähnlichen Bereichen;
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse;
- Du bist bereit im Schichtdienst, an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten;
- Du hast eventuell erste Erfahrung im Hotelsystem Protel;
- Du bist hast Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen.

- **Ski-in / Ski-out** in einem der schönsten Skigebiete Österreichs (eigener Skikeller für Mitarbeiter:innen vorhanden).
- Neben all den Annehmlichkeiten, brauchst du natürlich auch Geld - richtig? Die Entlohnung für diese Position richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Hotel
- und Gastgewerbe. Es ist ein monatliches Nettogehalt auf Basis einer 6-Tagewoche (48 Wochenstunden) von mind. 2.000. EUR vorgesehen. Was Du schlussendlich bei uns verdienst, würden wir gerne in Hinblick auf Dein Know-How und Deines Einsatzes mit Dir persönlich besprechen. _
