Radancy is seeking an **English Content Writer (full-time) **to support our marketing team, and enrich our website and marketing materials with new blog posts, whitepapers and marketing copy. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. This is a mid-level position that requires a strong combination of creative thinking and content execution.
- Produce **well-written various types of content for publication** online, ensuring all-round consistency with the Radancy brand (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of our target audience
- Editing and polishing existing content to **improve readability**:

- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Utilize industry **best practices** and familiarity with Radancy’s mission and expertise to inspire ideas and content
- ** Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with the marketing team** for both innovative content ideas and feedback loops
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Use** search engine optimization (SEO)** strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility and conversion rate of our website in search results
- ** Required Education**: Bachelor's Degree and/or the equivalent combination of marketing, communications or PR experience
- 1 - 2 years of additional professional marketing, communications or PR experience
- Proven record of **excellent writing** demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- An impeccable grasp of the English language at a native level, with excellent grammar and spelling, including idioms and current trends in expressions
- Ability to work independently, with a hands-on attitude. You constantly want to improve and grow things, both personally and professionally
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and data through the written word
- Ability to work on **multiple projects** with different objectives simultaneously
- ** Strict adherence to style guides** and policies for publication
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency in digital, especially writing programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, as well as others such as Trello, Slack and/or Gmail
- HR, SaaS and/or B2B writing experience is a bonus but not mandatory

The gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is 2.500;
- Euro. This includes full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme, and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your professional qualifications and previous experience, your salary could be significantly higher.
