Du bist bereit für eine neue spannende Herausforderung? Wir suchen jemanden, der mit uns gemeinsam die Zukunft gestaltet Als Teil unseres Contract & Tender Management Teams wirst du Vertragsentwürfe und Zusatzvereinbarungen für Standardprodukte und kundenindividuelle Lösungen verfassen, und als Bindeglied zu anderen wichtigen Fachabteilungen fungieren. Du wirst das Key Account Management entlasten, indem du die Koordination bei der Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen und Kundenfragebögen übernimmst, sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten unterstützt. Darüber hinaus wertest du Daten im CRM-System aus, und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation aller Vorgänge. Selbstverständlich wirst du in engem Austausch mit unseren Rechts
- und Datenschutzexperten sein, und deine Kenntnisse stetig erweitern. **Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit vertraglichen und rechtlichen Themen, und bringst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich mit.
- Du verfügst über eine eigenständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie entsprechende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse für einen reibungslosen Ablauf mit KundInnen und KollegInnen in einem globalen Konzern.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten, sowie idealerweise einem CRM-System einschließlich der Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein Interesse an neuen Inhalten, hohes Engagement und ausgeprägten Teamgeist aus. Ein verantwortungs
- und pflichtbewusster Umgang mit vertraulichen und sensiblen Daten ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Das Mindestgehalt lt. IT-Kollektivvertrag bei ca. € 35.000;
