**About the job**

As a Recycling Portfolio Analyst, your role will be to understand the recycling business, how the regional teams operate and compare the usage of recycling among our different plants. You will be supporting the implementation of R&D/Sales initiatives to increase recycling usage, including creation of new portfolios. You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of our R&D projects and ensure that they are delivered on time and fulfill the necessary technical requirements. You will also be actively participating in the preparation of benchmark analyses that support the regional recycling teams with information and will be driving the focus of R&D/Sales developments. In this position you will travel to our European plants for approximately 20% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Creating and analyzing product databases to understand recycling usage in the different product groups
- Coordinating with the regional recycling teams regarding their needs of technical development and opening projects using company tools like Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Supporting the management of the recycling grades portfolio in connection with R&D and Technical Marketing
- Coordinating with Sales and Technical Marketing to increase sales of the recycling portfolio and ensure the promotion of recycling products
- Monitoring of recycling KPIs and supporting the technical analysis of the root causes of deviations

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A technical or commercial bachelor’s degree (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mining, Metallurgy, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields)
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Power BI skills are required for executive reporting and data management purposes
- Affinity for data analysis

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work experience**
- Some years of relevant working experience in Recycling, R&D, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Quality & Process Engineering or similar
- Knowledge in and experience working with refractory products and materials would be beneficial

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 53,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
