**Transport Manager (m/w/d)**

**Deine Rolle bei uns**:
Als Transport Manager (m/w/d) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Steuerung unserer Transportflüsse:

- Manage selbstständig die Disposition und Abwicklung von internationalen Transporten.
- Organisiere Aufträge von der Planung bis zur Ausführung und sei kreativ in der Lösungsfindung.
- Optimiere Transportrouten und verbessere die Auftragsabwicklung durch den Einsatz unseres Transportmanagement-Systems.
- Du bist das Kommunikationsherz, das Kundenwünsche erfüllt und mit internationalen Partnern interagiert.
- Überwache und optimiere die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Transporte. (Preis
- und Ertragskontrolle)
- Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen Team, das gemeinsam Erfolge feiert und Herausforderungen meistert.

**Was wir von Dir erwarten**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, o.ä.) oder eine fundierte Ausbildung in der Spedition.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Transportmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Straße.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Transportmanagement-Software und bist geübt im Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der offene Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit schätzt.
- Organisationsgeschick und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Technologien und die Bereitschaft, sich ständig weiterzubilden.
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
