The International Small Business Products and Retail Sustainability division is part of the Raiffeisen Bank International’s (RBI) Retail Banking area and is currently seeking a new colleague who will join the team dealing with the topic of retail sustainability. Become a part of the team that focuses on end-to-end delivery of digital first products aiming to satisfy SE & Micro specific customer needs as well as on sustainability (ESG) across all products for retail customers; SE, Micro & private individuals.**Retail Sustainability Manager (f/m/x)**:

- In this role you will be responsible for the retail sustainable banking strategy and ESG business development, including the development of products and services which support retail banking customers (private individuals and small businesses) in achieving their sustainability goals. Moreover, you will need to ensure that the RBI network banks located in the CEE countries and RBI itself is the first choice for sustainable retail products in the CEE region.- In this role you will report to the Head of International Small Business Products and Retail Sustainability division and to the Retail Sustainability Leader.**Your focus**:

- Ensuring “ESG first” approach and preparing official standpoints for relevant legislative proposals and official statements
- Continuous development of RBI’s ESG strategy (in line with responsible banking) for retail customers as well as local and group-wide programmes, policies, and roadmaps
- Cooperating with selected ESG rating agencies (e.g., ISS ESG, Sustainalytics, MSCI or CDP) to maintain up-to-date definitions and ensure compliance of ESG product categories
- Continuous improvement by assessing and implementing best practices and assessing new business ideas for sustainable loan book growth opportunities
- Analysing activities of the competitors and international best practices in the retail banking sustainability area and bringing in solutions and measures that helps RBI to be the first choice for ESG products; investments, retail green and social loans etc.

- You are familiar and comfortable with working in an agile setup
