Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sustainability Manager, der unseren Unternehmenswert durch Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien stärkt. In dieser Rolle wirst du uns dabei helfen, unsere ESG-Kennzahlen zu verbessern und unsere Geschäftsführer bei der Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstandards zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwickle und überwache wichtige ESG-Kennzahlen, die unseren Erfolg definieren.
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Geschäftsführern zusammen, um Nachhaltigkeitsstandards auf ein Top-Niveau zu bringen.
  • Verantworte eigenständig ESG-Projekte, die wirklich zählen – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
Berufliche Voraussetzungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Uni) in Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Wirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin ist dein Fundament.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ESG-Reporting und Kenntnisse der wichtigsten Richtlinien sind erforderlich.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch auf einem sehr guten Niveau sind notwendig.

Gehaltsangebot

Möglicherweise erreichbares Gehalt: EUR 4300 - 5000 brutto/Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
