Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Vienna. As a key member of our Sustainability & Safety Team, you will provide high-level administrative support to top management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.

Responsibilities
  • You will create professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and reports to support our sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events focused on sustainability and environmental awareness.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • You will also support other colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • You have gained experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • A strong skill set in proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and style.
  • An organized, creative, and punctual person with excellent time-management skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual compensation package starting at €42,000 gross all-in, according to your qualifications and professional experience.
