**Ihre Aufgaben**: Als Mitarbeiter*In im Bereich Licensing Administration sorgen Sie durch professionelle Beratung für eine kosteneffiziente und korrekte Lizenzierung der bei unseren Kunden eingesetzten Softwareprodukte. Dabei liegt Ihr Fokus auf namhaften Herstellern wie z. B. Microsoft, Citrix, Adobe, VMware, Veeam.
- Beratung unseres Sales-Teams sowie externer Kunden
- Bestellungs
- und Beschaffungsabwicklung sowie Pflege der erforderlichen Herstellerportale
- Lead-Registrierung, Opportunity-Verwaltung und Vertragserstellung
- Interne Abstimmung und Koordination mit der Buchhaltung und dem Einkauf
- Dokumentation und Datenauswertung mit Microsoft Excel
- Einholen von Preisinformationen bei Software-Lieferanten und Verwaltung von Dokumenten
- Aktives Mitwirken bei der stetigen Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Lizenzmanagement
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Zahlenaffinität sowie eine genaue und strukturierte Herangehensweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Vertragserstellung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Software-Lizenzen (vorrangig Microsoft, VMware, Veeam) von Vorteil

**Gehaltsinformation**: Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene monatliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) 2.400, eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
