- Tasks and responsibilities: _
- Conduct after-sales calls with new customers, strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support customers tackling all immediate barriers and obstacles of the consumer, to ensure effective trial and ongoing usage of the product.
- Handle customer inquiries
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Gather and report customer feedback
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Agent Requirements: _
- Native German (Atleast C2 equivalent) and fluent English language knowledge
- 1+ years in Outbound/Sales Call center is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Positive and kind attitude
- Sales oriented, friendly and resourcefull
- Open to work in shifts (Opening hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-20:00)
- Experience in Salesforce and Excel is a plus
Payment: 13 euros per hour, payed monthly via Wise.
- Work Environment Requirements: _
- Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the agent’s home)
- USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
- Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system (Windows 8 or above) and
- Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: 13.00€ per hour
