**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Unterstützung bei der Objektbetreuung in kaufmännischer, rechtlicher und technischer Hinsicht und entsprechende Eigentümervertretung
- Durchführung und Koordination von operativen Verwaltungsaufgaben insbesondere Reporting und Berichtswesen
- Unterstützung bei der Mieterbetreuung in kaufmännischer, rechtlicher und technischer Hinsicht
- Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Supporteinheiten (Technik, Buchhaltung, Assistenz, Versicherung)

**Ihr Profil**:
Wir wenden uns an proaktive Persönlichkeiten mit erster Erfahrung im Management von Büro
- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien internationaler Investor*innen. Neben Ihren Fachkenntnissen überzeugen Sie vor allem durch Ihre Kommunikationsskills, durch Teamfähigkeit und Ihr systematisches Problemlöseverhalten. Sie haben starke analytische Fähigkeiten, organisatorisches Geschick und verstehen es, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu erhalten und auszubauen. Dabei haben Sie sowohl die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen als auch die unseres Unternehmens im Auge. Sehr gute MS Office
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
