Unser **Group Information Management Team **sucht eine/n engagierte/n **Team Lead Business Solutions (m/w/d) **für unsere Packaging Division im Headquarter in Wien.

**Ihre Rolle**:

- Sie verantworten die Transformation der IT Organisation und Strategie mit unserem Team Lead für Business Applikationen
- Sie leiten die Business Solutions Teams für Healthcare, Pharma & Cigarette und fördern aktiv die Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
- Eigenverantwortlich übernehmen Sie die Steuerung von zugeordneten IT Services, wie Incident-, Change-, Release Management
- Sie sichern die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Services in enger Abstimmung mit IT Providern und Fachabteilungen
- Sie gestalten proaktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexpert/innen und etablieren neue Technologien um die Geschäftsprozess zu verbessern

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik/-ingenieurwesen/BWL oder Vergleichbares
- Sie haben idealerweise 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer relevanten Führungsfunktion
- Sie sammelten bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement für Softwareeinführungen und in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Analyse, Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und leben eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Ihre Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch auf C-Level runden Ihr Profil ab

**Unser Angebot**:

Für diese Position starten wir mit einer Jahresgesamtvergütung ab € 90.000;
- brutto all in, eine Überzahlung nach individuellem Profil und Berufserfahrung ist selbstverständlich sowie eine Erfolgsprämie.

Unser Headquarter ist ausgezeichnet mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und in unserer MM-Kantine wird täglich frisch gekocht. Selbstverständlich stehen hervorragende Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der konzernweiten MM-Academy und die Möglichkeit zu zwei Tagen Home-Office pro Woche zur Verfügung.
