Als Head of Legal (m/w/d) bist du für alle rechtlichen Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit den Geschäftstätigkeiten von Finmatics der erste Ansprechpartner und stehst unserer Geschäftsführung beratend zur Seite. Dabei liegen insbesondere die Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen, der Schutz des geistigen Eigentums, die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und das Risikomanagement - mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf die Einhaltung der DSGVO - in deiner Verantwortung.

Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Führungsteam zusammen und stehst ihnen beratend in allen rechtlichen und behördlichen Angelegenheiten zur Seite.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Überprüfung und Verhandlung aller unserer Verträge, einschließlich Software-Lizenzverträge, Servicevereinbarungen und Lieferantenverträge - mit besonderem Fokus auf die Einhaltung der DSGVO.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Richtlinien, Prozesse und Verfahren zum Management von Rechts
- und Compliance-Risiken.
- Du hast die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Bewältigung von Rechts
- und Compliance-Risiken stets im Blick.
- Bei Bedarf koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Rechtsberatern.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Rechtsberater in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder einer Kanzlei
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse in Vertrags
- und Unternehmensrecht
- Idealerweise Vorerfahrung mit Compliance und Datenschutz
- Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung mehrerer Projekte sowie flexible Arbeitsweise bei der notwendigen Einhaltung von Deadlines
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Unternehmerische, strategische und analytische Denkweise
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld eines Start
- bzw. Scale-Ups
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
