If your answer is YES to these questions, we have an exciting job opportunity for you as **Territory Manager Diabetes **for the area, parts of Vienna, Lower Austria (NÖ) and Burgenland (BGL). The position is home office based and will report to our Field Sales Manager Diabetes at Novo Nordisk Austria.

**About the role and the department**

The Diabetes Business Unit is accountable for marketing and sales of products in the diabetes portfolio in line with the Novo Nordisk vision to drive change to defeat diabetes.

As our Territory Manager you will take responsibility for the economic success of the company in the area in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy. Furthermore, you will
- be responsible for analysis and diagnosis of the field sales territory to ensure the success of Novo Nordisk.
- independently plan, execute and evaluate your customer visits
- inform customers about our products, convey the product messages as well as support persuasive patient counselling in the context of diabetes therapy
- maintain contacts with and further develop strong and sustainable networks of relevant customers and stakeholders
- undoubtedly act in accordance with our business ethics and compliance rules and our Novo Nordisk's policies and guidelines

**About you**
- You have several years of practical experience in field of Sales with excellent product and portfolio knowledge, preferably in the diabetes area
- You have successfully passed pharmaceutical sales representative examination or completed studies of pharmacy, human medicine or similar
- You have strong market and customer understanding, as well as good know-how of business processes and competitive dynamics in a changing environment
- You are characterized by your high motivation, positive charisma, and very strong result-driven skills
- You also convince through your very good communication, contact skills and team orientation
- You show high affinity for IT programmes, systems and tools (i.e. CRM tools)
- You have excellent German and good English language skills in both written and spoken
- You obtain a valid driver’s licence (class B) and show high willingness to business travel
