**Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation**
Full/partime, 40 hours/week (Assistant Professor, post doc) / 30 hours/week (Teaching and Research Associate)
Starting March 01, 2024, and ending after 6 years

**What to expect**:

- Conduct research at the institute
- Publication of research projects in international journals
- Teaching (project courses in cooperation with industry partners, such as Airbus, Magna, Kapsch, IBM, Siemens, or CERN)
- Institute management (contribute to the continuous development of the institute as one of the best-performing units within the university)

For teaching and research associate
_Universitätsassistent*in prae doc_) positions:

- **Writing a dissertation**:You will be investigating your research topic and spending a third of your working hours on writing your dissertation.

For Assistant Professor non-tenure track
_Universitätsassistent*in post doc_) positions:

- **Writing a habilitation**:You will be conducting research for your habilitation

**What you have to offer**:

- High-potential with a master degree in business and management
- Interested in the fields of open & user innovation, entrepreneurship, and management of innovation
- Proficient in empirical social science methodology / statistics
- Fluency in English and German required
- Highly motivated, internationally-oriented, eager to learn, team player
- Willingness to use multimedia teaching methods: You are prepared to use multimedia teaching and learning formats.

For Assistant Professor non-tenure track
_Universitätsassistent*in post doc_) positions:

- A doctoral degree in business and management (alternatively in a related field, e.g., psychology, economics, or statistics)
- First experiences in publishing in international journals

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to €4,752.30 (Assistant Professor, post doc), this salary may be adjusted based on equivalent prior work experience / 2,684.10 (Teaching and Research Associate), this salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience
