**Your role**:

- You are accountable for leading the CoE Hybrid Integration department including financial and result responsibility.
- You are accountable for continuously improving the Hybrid Integration Platform (incl. API Management, iPaaS, and traditional ESB) capabilities by using a product-oriented agile development approach and relying heavily on proven DevOps best practices.
- You lead and further develop the diverse team of highly skilled integration software development and DevOps experts.
- You ensure efficient, stable, and secure operations of the Hybrid Integration Platform and related processes including SLA and KPI definition and monitoring, and by utilizing integration-related managed services from external providers.
- You are responsible, jointly with Enterprise and Domain Architecture, for continuously improving the group-wide Hybrid Integration strategy and roadmaps, common architectures, governance, and self-service-enabling documentation
- You own senior management level communication and interaction including consulting and translating business/functional needs and strategies into achievable and sustainable technical architectures and solutions.
- You are an innovation thought-leader and continually provide input assessing the impact of emerging technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the senior leadership team in a consultative capacity.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in IT Management or Computer Engineering
- You have minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- You have extensive experience with IT infrastructure (Azure and on-premise) and software development best-practices
- You have proven ability to participate in and steer agile, product-based platform development
- You have proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical strategies and architectures
- You have proven ability to perform functional requirements analysis and business process analysis
- You are proficient to manage multiple projects and priorities demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high level comprehensive solutions
- You have the ability to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate IT standards to meet business requirements
- You have extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts and tooling
- You have international management and leadership experience (including people-, budget-, results
- and quality responsibilities)
- You have experience in new technology evaluation, technical change management, working in a shared services organization and experience in the energy business represents an advantage
