Du hast schon einen Plan von Marken, Positionierungen, Channel-Strategien

und Werbung und hast Lust, neben Plan A auch noch Plan B, Plan C und Plan Flamingo
kennenzulernen? Du folgst gesellschaftlichen Trends und weißt, wie man sie

auf Marken umlegen kann? Du kennst dich mit PowerPoint und Miro aus und kannst
selbständig Präsentationen aufbauen und finalisieren? Du bist analytisch und

rhetorisch fit und stehst darauf, in Mafo Sweet Spots für kreative Sprungbretter

**Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?**
- E ntwicklung und Implementierung innovativer, mutiger und spannender Marken
- und

Kommunikations-Strategien
- Beratung von Kund*innen bei der Konzeption von On
- und Offline-Maßnahmen,

Kampagnen und Markenpositionierungen
- Erstellung von Kampagnenarchitekturen für die Markenkommunikation
- Schaffen von Impact für die Marke - durch deine Fähigkeit, psychologisches Wissen,

analytisches Denken, neue technologische Möglichkeiten und Kreativität zu kombinieren
- Schreiben inspirierender Kreationsbriefings und enge Zusammenarbeit sowie intensiver

Austausch mit der Kreation
- Aufspüren von Consumer Trends, Megatrends und Innovationen und Übersetzung des

Wissens auf neue Projekte und Impulse
- Innovationstreiber und Inspirationsgeber für Agentur, Team und Kund*innen

Wir richten uns nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Werbung und Marktkommunikation.
Für diese Position beträgt das Bruttojahresgehalt mindestens 29.400 Euro.

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung werden wir mit dir in einem
persönlichen Gespräch das passende Gehalt ermitteln.
