Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.- Our businessYour tasks
- Drafts contracts, works agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents and prepares filings and tracks litigation.
- Up-to-date monitoring of legal changes; providing pro-active approach to new challenges.
- Participating in the definition and evaluation of new projects with regard to legal framework.
- Has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the department's work and its context in the organization as a whole.
- Researches statutes, regulations, and court decisions and prepares summaries of findings.
- Organizing and maintaining Group Works Council calendar in all aspects (appointments, Group works council meetings, etc.).
- Organize and coordinate meetings with Group Works Council, Board Members, Team Managers in branch offices and related organizational units as well as with external parties and teams.
- Handling of internal and external correspondence.

**Profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Law.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- you have a strong knowledge and background of Austrian Labor Law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German skills; Romanian of advantage.
- Excellent IT-skills and Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Discrete, reliable, precise, ability to execute tasks independently and within requested time frame.
- You are self-motivated and a good team-player.
