In your role, you will:
- Support performing cost, general, AP/AR and program accounting functions
- Reconcile and post Credit cards
- Support AP with Incoming Invoices entries into the system
- Assist with developing budgets and analyse variances for labour, overhead, expenses, capital expenditure and headcount
- Support performing account analysis, for example, bank reconciliation, accrued liabilities, inventory and advances
- Support preparation of the A/R and A/P confirmation process, reporting and account reconciliation
- Assist with financial analysis projects for assigned business unit(s), for example, return-on-investment and purchase vs. lease analysis
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Assist in the coordination and completion of internal and external audits of the Company
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
- You possess a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- You are studying in accountancy.
- You speak English fluently.
- Skill in French will be considered a strong asset.
- You have the ability to learn new systems and functionality rapidly, in a continuously evolving environment.
- You demonstrate strong team spirit, analytical skills and flexibility.
- You are willing to work onsite.
- You have strong ability to communicate.
