- Working time: Monday to Friday (flexibility required) 8:00 to 16:00

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the achievement of goals determined by the Operational Support Manager
- You know how to implement C/DC quality activities to secure less damages and accuracy of inventory
- Analyse workload to secure daily volume handling and meet the fluctuation in Operational needs
- Provide information about plans and results to co workers and exclaim their overall performance
- Lead the implementation of new working processes and secure the compliance with given concepts
- Responsible for the safety of co workers and the working conditions of the workplace, securing that IKEA rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are followed
- Co-ordinate with other departments to make on site decisions
- Leading and developing co workers within the area of responsibility and in accordance with IKEA people strategy
