About the role
This role primarily works within our Telecross program, This program is a telephone based service supporting older Australians to maintain social connectedness and independence. The role relies heavily on phone based and Microsoft Teams interactions with volunteers, colleagues and clients. This role primarily supports the weekend team. It is fast paced, requires attention to detail and ability to keep our values and client focus at the centre of operations.

What you will bring
- Comfortable working in a fast paced online environment across multiple software platforms
- Demonstrated client centred approach to your work and interactions
- Ability to support and coach volunteers
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual team
- Knowledge of the issues facing older Australians, particularly around social isolation and loneliness
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to resolve to volunteer and client concerns

Further information
This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $71,155.76 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
