The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive and support all continuous improvement initiatives in the plants, providing leadership and expertise in CI processes and in the 3 drivers of CI: Technical, Management Infrastructure and mindset & behavior.

**Mindset & Behavior / Change Management**:

- Promotes CI across all levels of disciplines
- Leads the site LTW program and CI operating agenda
- Together with the plant management line, aligns the plant improvement program with its costs reduction target and business performance objectives : EHS, Ebitda, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, lead-time and DIO
- Ensures the dissemination of the Lean Six Sigma knowledge throughout the appropriate training sessions and operational coaching

**Management Infrastructure**:

- Identifies with the Plant Manager and the leaders of the different departments the main opportunities for improvement
- Together with the plant management line, allocates improvement initiatives to the plant with Yellow, Green and Black Belt support
- Integrates the plant CI initiatives in the plant’s executive committee

**Technical System**:

- Runs all kinds of Kaizen events related to the improvement program of the plant
- Supports the different initiatives and bring tools and expertise on:

- Lean Manufacturing and Six6Sigma
- Organization and management of the production (balancing of lines, flow analysis)
- Supply Chain
- EHS & Quality
- Project Management

**Knowledge**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of : Lean and 6Sigma tools and techniques, autonomous teams, performance management, change management, quality methods, methods & industrialization, logistic flows, diagnostics (data collection and analysis) and basic financial principles
- Good level of English is mandatory

**Education / Experience**:

- Engineering / Technical Degree
- Significant experience in consumer goods or auto manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in successful CI project management
