**About the role**

**LOCATION**:Austria - Vienna (preferred), Belgium - Beringen, Finland - Porvoo, Sweden - Stenungsund**HOURS**:Full-Time**TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Permanent- Make Digital Improvement Real- Join our Center of Excellence at Borealis: Manager Digital Improvement- Your mission as our talented Manager (M/F/d) Digital Improvement, will be to lead us through our global efficiency path, including experimenting with AI.- Your tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Redesign the way we utilize, visualize and present data to maximize Borealis’ overall efficiency and reach market leadership in terms of cost and service in conjunction with the supply chain leaders.
- Derive KPIs and create Power BIs or similar visualizations that steer the business.
- Optimize the business by connecting information to create a holistic view for an advanced global supply chain and product management process.
- Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify dependencies, patterns, trends, issues and areas including experimenting with AI.
- Act as our change ambassador for End to End improvements. Developing and leading new innovative solutions within Borealis including Joint Ventures.
- Lead and manage international cross functional projects and task forces.

**About you**- Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Management / IT or related fields
- Programming & analytical skills including Power BI, SAP or similar tools. A sound understanding of AI would be a plus.
- Proven track record in project management
- Holistic understanding of continuous improvement and change management
- Hunger to stay on top of the industry’s best practices
- The drive and capabilities to grow withing the company, manage your way across a wide matrix organization and leading teams
- English at business level (German not mandatory)
