Join BI Processing (BIP) and be part of a team of professionals that is responsible for timeliness within our complex BI-Chain. This team is contributing to multiple Business Intelligence solutions and is responsible for tracking the SLA’s, coordinating all other contributing teams either from technical departments as well from business; and is reporting and interacting directly to business counterparts.

**What to do**:

- Takes over end 2 end responsibility, likes to connect to people and perceives the advantage of working in a team
- Plans and steers BI processing activities within a team of technicians for the whole chain of BI landscape starting from source system load over transformation and calculations up to report generation
- Acts as Incident and Problem Management coordinator for overarching issues affecting the BI landscape
- Single point of contact for escalations
- Lead Daily JF meetings and prepares overview/presentation of Processing Status

**You check these boxes**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations of analytical or transactional systems in banking or similar industries with 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mind set
- Great communicator, successful in issue and conflict resolution
- Oracle and MSSQL RDBMS generic skills would be an advantage
- Unix Command line and scripting language generic skills would be an advantage
