We are searching for a forward-thinking Digital Lending Strategist (all genders), who can develop and execute strategic roadmaps to ensure our organization stays ahead in the digital landscape. **Your Tasks**:

- Identify and explore emerging technologies with potential to innovate and enhance our digital landscape
- Keep up with the latest developments in the world of artificial intelligence to identify and leverage its potential in credit risk management
- In collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify the business needs which can be addressed with new technology and challenge the status quo
- Develop and execute a digitalization strategy for our lending processes
- Lead projects and initiatives to drive the adoption of new methods, tools and processes

**Required Competencies**:

- Ability to think strategically, understand our goals and market dynamics and translate them into actionable digital strategies and initiatives
- Track record and strong interest in the fields of technology, digitalization and artificial intelligence
- Understanding of credit risk management in banking
- Creative mindset to generate new ideas that drive digital transformation and business growth
- Understanding of product development processes, including idea generation, concept validation, prototyping and launching
