We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Austria

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

Professional certification in at least 1 technology
Perform Field Service activities & routines (both at customer site and office-based) with support/supervision level in-line with training certification.

**Field Service routines include**:
basic customer problem-solving,
repairs and preventative maintenance work,
equipment inspections with recommendations,
assembly/disassembly, installation & commissioning
Trade specific discipline work (hydraulics, mechanics, automation, etc)
operation and maintenance activities
customer training on basic operation and maintenance
remote support to colleagues and customers
Follow MO processes, instructions and training in performance of duties, with a specific focus on our brand requirements, certification principles, field service process and proper
utilization of the Field Service digital tools (FSM, DIT, REX)
Deliver site reports, time sheets & travel expense reports after each job in a timely manner
Identify sales leads and promote services offerings
