- You will manage existing partners and be **the first point of contact for them**. Moreover, you will reactively and proactively** reach out to new possible partners**, **negotiating** and **closing deals** with them, to **extend and increase our current partner network** in DACH based on market, competitor and data analysis.
- You will **manage and optimize partnerships and business development projects** with a focus on their business case, priority setting and potential other partners, based on defined KPI's.

A CONVINCING BACKGROUND
- You have completed a** university degree in a business field** and have **2+ years of experience in a similar position** in the area of Business Development and/or Partner Management, ideally in an international set up.
- You have **analytical skills** as well as the ability to find **creative solutions** and **to work conceptually** - which you have shown in your track record. You are highly data driven and have **experience in data, market and competitor analysis.**:

- You have a **profound understanding** and are **highly interested in digital business models** and **online marketing.** Ideally you have a background in the employer branding space.
- You have** led projects** that have lasted several months and have** the endurance to follow through** on them. Also, you have experience in **negotiating contracts** and **closing deals**.
- You have the ability to identify, meet, and **build relationships with key stakeholders** and potential partners.
- Your strengths are your **communications skills, KPI orientation, flexibility and persistence** - this helps you to not lose track when dealing with several topics at once.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint, and being familiar with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Tableau complete your profile.

- We are obliged to **state the minimum salary** for this position due to legal requirements in Austria. Our **salary range** for this position **starts at 43,500 €**.
