**About the job**

As a Global Data Specialist at RHI Magnesita, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture. Your focus will lie in governance, management, and standard adherence to the data, as well as defining and enforcing data policies and standards. You will design procedures for data quality monitoring to define and execute countermeasures if a deviation from the standard occurs. Moreover, you will translate our strategy into master data requirements to improve and streamline organizational decision-making. In alignment with the Global Process Owner, business, and IT you will support the decisions on data improvement measures (such as new technologies required).

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Enabling, supporting, and promoting company-wide harmonized and properly used data
- Ensuring adherence to company-wide data quality standards and Process & Data Governance guidelines
- Identifying value-add through the realization of data management activities
- Reporting data quality and data performance
- Developing the process mining setup

**About You**

You are a data-driven person who knows the real value behind proper data management. You are a great stakeholder manager and have outstanding communication skills, knowing how to implement change within the status quo. You have a deep understanding of our business, and you know who to reach out to in case of a doubt. You love new challenges and setting up things from the beginning, having the ability to deal with “to be defined” environments. You have project management experience, know how to define performance metrics to track the success of your initiatives, and look forward to having complete ownership and decision autonomy over data.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education and Knowledge**
- Ideally, a university degree in engineering, computer science, business, or similar
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM / LE-TRA / FI-CO)
- Knowledge of SAP PP and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) will be a significant advantage

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Extensive experience working with databases and data management
- Experience in developing data standards
- Experience in data management maturity
- Previous participation in S/4HANA or MDG implementations will be a considerable advantage

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 81,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, the amount of overtime, and your level of seniority.
