**Role Overview**
Your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager also include all activities related to customer relationship management, such as onboarding new customers, preparing offers in the context of cross-selling and upselling, product presentations or the creation and implementation of concepts and projects in the area of Key Account Management.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Contacting potential customers, entering contact data and important information into the CRM and passing it on to the sales force
- Consulting and product presentations for our existing customers (cross and upselling activities)
- Preparation of offers, offer follow-up and internal, further processing after order placement
- Contact person for customer inquiries regarding offers, contracts and products
- Maintenance of our internal sales organisation and administrative implementation of optimization processes
- Interface to other departments and our sales partners
- Support at industry-specific events, trade fairs and marketing activities
**Who you are**:
- If possible, two years of experience in the areas of hotel IT / hotel industry / tourism
- Successfully completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
- Very good product knowledge in the area of hotel management software
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and organisational talent
- Self-driven, creativity and commitment
- Business fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written

We follow the market and evaluate salary benchmarks through the year to make sure any salary increases remove any worries and keep you satisfied. We review pay annually to make sure we are paying you what you’re worth.
The minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 2,500 gross (14 times a year) on the basis of full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). An overpayment in line with the market is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
